The crossbar of the Bikeinside system consists of a lightweight aluminum rail which is telescopically adjustable with a handy thumb screw. There are 3 adjustment ranges for different installation situations.

• 0,8-1,15m, for narrow mounting situations like station wagons with double load floor or camper garages.
• 1,0-1,45m, for the transport of bicycles against driving direction in cars.
• 1.2-1,75, for use in the direction of travel in cars or pickup truck beds and trailers.

These examples of installation situations give only a rough guide, you can find out by measuring which adjustment range suites your specific installation situaton best. Select the longest of the available adjustment ranges.

To protect the interior of the car the crossbar has rubberized end cap with ribbing it effectively prevents slippage when driving normally on the sides.
